Born from a love of Agave spirits and shaped by the easygoing spirit of the Turks and Caicos Islands, Turquila brings a fresh perspective to one of the world’s most exciting spirit categories. Familiar at first pour, distinctly different by design.
The Cay Series explores Agave through three expressions, each with its own character. Cay Blanco is fresh, bright and vibrant, with clean Agave character and zero additives. Cay Oro moves warmer and smoother, bringing greater depth and a rounded finish. Cay Fuego takes a bolder turn, introducing roasted Agave character and gentle smoke in a Mezcal-inspired expression.
Together, they are designed for the way we like to drink in the islands: uncomplicated, versatile and made for good company. Shake them into a margarita, build something unexpected, pour them over ice or simply find your favourite Cay.

Cay Blanco
Fresh, bright and clean, Cay Blanco puts Agave front and centre. Crisp and vibrant with zero additives, it’s an easy-drinking expression made for margaritas, highballs and classic Agave cocktails.

Warm, smooth and rounded, Cay Oro brings a richer character to the Cay Series. Subtle depth and an easy finish make it equally at home in cocktails or poured simply over ice.

Smoky, bold and a little unexpected, Cay Fuego is our Mezcal-inspired expression. Layered with roasted Agave character and gentle smoke, it brings extra depth to cocktails while remaining smooth enough to sip.
